Window graphics are full-colour images or branding printed on self-adhesive vinyl and applied to glass, outside or reverse-printed for the inside, so the window works as a sign.

Rules for window and glass graphics in Truro
Two sets of rules can touch glass graphics in England. The first is advertisement control: lettering and graphics on the inside of a shop window are often outside it or allowed, but councils differ, and conservation areas and listed shopfronts can bring restrictions on large graphics. The second is safety. Approved Document K points to manifestation bands at 850–1000 mm and 1400–1600 mm from the floor, and in workplaces regulation 14 of the 1992 Workplace Regulations requires glazing to be marked where needed. We take both into account when we set out the proof, and we check with the council where the building or street calls for it.
