Website terms
1. About these terms
Smart Signs is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company no. 16932889, registered office Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG), which supplies the signs and services described on this website. The website is operated on its behalf by its group company S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company no. 16703925); see the privacy notice for how enquiry data is handled. These terms cover use of the website. Any job is governed by the written quote and terms of business you accept.
2. Guide prices
Prices on this website, including the guide price tool, are guides for typical jobs, exclude VAT and are not offers. A fixed price is given in a written quote after a survey or artwork and vehicle check.
3. Information on this site
Information about advertisement consent, building regulations, vehicle rules and materials is general guidance. Rules vary by nation and council and change over time; check your own circumstances before relying on it.
4. Images
Photos on this site are computer-generated examples of sign types, not photos of completed jobs.
5. If you buy from us as a consumer
If you’re buying as a consumer (not for a business) and the contract is made away from business premises or at a distance, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised are an exception to that right. If you ask us to start work within the 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work done up to that point. Your written quote explains how this applies to your order.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses arising from use of general information on this website.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
