Process
How it works
You tell us what you need, we survey or check photos, you approve a drawn-to-scale proof and a fixed written price, and then we check consent, make the sign and fit it. Nothing is made until you’ve approved both the design and the price.
1. Tell us what you need
Use the enquiry form, call, WhatsApp us or start with the guide price tool. Photos of the frontage, window or vehicle — taken straight on, with something for scale — and rough sizes help us give useful advice straight away.
2. Survey and measure
For fitted signs we arrange a site visit to measure, check the fixing surface, note access needs (ground level, ladder, tower or powered platform) and look at power for illuminated signs. Window graphics and vehicle work can often be quoted from photos and the vehicle’s make, model and year.
3. Design, proof and fixed price
You get a proof drawn to scale on a photo of your building or a template of your vehicle, with materials, colours and fixing method stated. Alongside it, a written price itemising the sign, fitting, access equipment, old-sign removal, electrics and any consent drawings.
4. Consent, making and fitting
If advertisement or listed building consent is needed, we can prepare the drawings and photos or submit the application for you; making starts once you’re ready. On fitting day the old sign comes down, the surface is made good where needed, the new sign is fixed with stainless fixings and the site is left tidy. Illuminated signs are connected by an electrician, who issues the certificate for the circuit.
After fitting
You get care notes for the materials used — how to clean the sign or vinyl, what to do if an edge lifts, and how LED drivers are replaced if one fails. If anything doesn’t look right at handover, tell us there and then and we’ll agree what needs doing.
