Vehicle wraps
Vehicle wraps & livery
Vehicle graphics put your name in front of people wherever you work: cut-vinyl sign-writing for a single van, printed wraps that cover every panel, matching livery across a fleet, and Chapter 8 chevrons for vehicles that work on the road.
Wraps use cast vinyl designed to conform to curves and come off cleanly from sound factory paint. If a wrap changes the main colour, tell DVLA and your insurer.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a van wrap last?
Manufacturers commonly rate quality cast wrap film for around 5–7 years on vertical panels such as the sides and rear doors. The roof and bonnet face the sun and weather directly, so they age faster. Colour, climate, parking and washing habits all make a difference, and a van kept out of direct sun and washed gently will usually look better for longer.
Do you have to tell DVLA about a colour-change wrap?
Yes, if the wrap changes the car's main colour. Update the colour on the V5C log book with DVLA, and tell your insurer before you drive the car in its new colour. A part wrap such as a black roof or mirrors doesn't change the main colour, so the V5C stays as it is, though it's still worth mentioning to your insurer.
How much lettering fits on a small van?
More than you'd think, but less than you might want. A small van has room for a clear business name, a short services line and a large phone number on each side, plus the name and number on the rear doors. Squeezing in a long list of services makes everything smaller, so we'll suggest which words to keep.
How many vehicles make a fleet?
Any number from two upwards. The benefit of fleet livery is consistency and good records rather than size, so a firm with three vans gains as much from a master template as one with fifty. The one-off template set-up is spread across every vehicle you add, both now and in the years ahead.
