Lightbox signs in Redditch

Yes, if there's sound masonry to fix to. The box sits on brackets or rails anchored into the wall, with a cable entry drilled behind it. Render, timber boarding or old cladding may need checking or reinforcing first, which the survey covers.

It can. Not every job needs an application, but where express consent is required the council's decision typically takes several weeks, and fitting typically waits until it is granted. We check this at the start, so the timetable you receive with your quote allows for consent where it applies, along with the proof approval stage.

Because jobs vary. The guide of £1,250 to £4,800 per lightbox + VAT spans small, simple work at one end and larger, more involved work at the other. Size, material, finish, access, design time and any consent drawings push the figure up or down. A survey or artwork check lets us fix the price for your job in Redditch.

Photos are the most useful start: the whole frontage, window or vehicle, plus a close-up of the area involved. Add rough measurements, your logo or artwork if you have it, and the address. From that we can say whether a survey visit is needed and send a written quote, followed by a proof for you to approve.

A well-made box is sealed around the face, with small drainage holes along the bottom so condensation can escape. LEDs run much cooler than tubes, so less heat draws insects in. Taking the face off occasionally to clean inside keeps the light even.

A lightbox suits a logo, colours or extra information on one lit panel at lower cost. Individually lit letters give a cleaner, brand-led look with the fascia showing between them. Your street, budget and any conservation-area rules usually decide it.
