Can manifestation be removed at lease end?

Yes. Film markings are warmed, peeled away and the glass cleaned of adhesive. Many leases require tenant branding to be removed, but the landlord may want the glass left marked for safety, so check what the lease expects; branded markings can be swapped for plain dots.

Is safety tape or a few stickers enough?

Usually not as a lasting answer. Tape and stickers are a stopgap: they peel, fade and often cover only one height or part of the width. Durable film markings running across the glass in both zones are far more likely to be noticed.

Can our logo be used as manifestation?

Yes, if it does the job. A logo repeated across both zones, solid enough to notice and contrasting with what's behind the glass, can work. A small, faint logo in one spot usually isn't enough, so it's often paired with a band.

Does the price of glass manifestation in Redditch include VAT?

No. Our guide range of £65–£180 per pane excludes VAT, which is added to the quote. The final figure depends on size, materials, access, removal of existing signage or graphics and the artwork needed, and we confirm it in writing after a survey or once we have checked your files.

What can delay glass manifestation in Redditch?

The usual causes are artwork changes after the proof stage, waiting for consent, access arrangements such as a council licence for scaffolding on the pavement, and weather for outdoor fitting. Jobs typically run smoothly once the proof is approved and any consent is in place, but we do not promise dates that depend on things outside our control.

Can you handle glass manifestation for a business in Redditch?

Yes. Smart Signs covers Redditch and the rest of Worcestershire as part of a UK-wide service. You send photos and rough sizes, we arrange a survey if the job needs one, then you receive a proof to scale and a fixed written price. Nothing is made or fitted until you have approved both.

Rules for window and glass graphics in Redditch

Most businesses ask two things about glass: do I need permission, and does it need marking? On permission, councils in England take differing views on window graphics; inside-the-glass work is often outside control or allowed, while big graphics on listed shopfronts or in conservation areas can be restricted. We check before you commit. On marking, Approved Document K recommends manifestation at 850–1000 mm and 1400–1600 mm above floor level on glazing people could walk into, and the Workplace Regulations 1992 (regulation 14) cover transparent surfaces at work. Our proof shows the heights, so you can see the result before anything is cut.
