Not through standard printed vinyl, which is solid. For a view out, perforated one-way vision film lets people inside see the street while passers-by see your print. It works when it's brighter outside; after dark, with lights on inside, the effect reverses.

Yes. Old vinyl is warmed and peeled, and leftover adhesive is cleaned off so new graphics bond properly. Removal has a guide price of £6–£15 per m² + VAT, depending on the film's age, confirmed after survey, and can be done in the same visit.
