Window graphics in Saint Andrews

Not through standard printed vinyl, which is solid. For a view out, perforated one-way vision film lets people inside see the street while passers-by see your print. It works when it's brighter outside; after dark, with lights on inside, the effect reverses.

A quote typically follows once we have your photos or have surveyed the site, and making and fitting is typically booked a few weeks after you approve the proof. Where advertisement consent applies, that decision has to come through before anything goes up, which can add several weeks. We give you an expected timescale with your quote for Saint Andrews.

The work on site is done by installers working under our contract, and anything that needs making is produced by specialist fabricators. You deal with Smart Signs throughout: we take the enquiry, survey, prepare the design and quote, check consent and coordinate the fitting, so there is one point of contact from first message to handover.

Yes. Old vinyl is warmed and peeled, and leftover adhesive is cleaned off so new graphics bond properly. Removal has a guide price of £6–£15 per m² + VAT, depending on the film's age, confirmed after survey, and can be done in the same visit.

No. Our guide range of £28–£58 per m² excludes VAT, which is added to the quote. The final figure depends on size, materials, access, removal of existing signage or graphics and the artwork needed, and we confirm it in writing after a survey or once we have checked your files.

Closely, in most cases. Print builds colour from a small set of inks, so some vivid oranges, greens and metallics can't be matched exactly. Send your brand colour references; for a critical colour, we can print a sample to compare first.
