Window graphics are full-colour images or branding printed on self-adhesive vinyl and applied to glass, outside or reverse-printed for the inside, so the window works as a sign.

Rules for window and glass graphics in Aberystwyth
Glass graphics raise two separate questions in Wales. Planning first: councils take different views on window graphics, and while internal graphics are often outside control or allowed, a listed shopfront or a conservation area can bring restrictions on large designs. Safety second: large areas of glazing that people could walk into must be made visible, and in workplaces regulation 14 of the Workplace Regulations 1992 requires marking where it is needed. Welsh building guidance deals with manifestation with that same aim, and we confirm the heights for your building before the proof is approved.
