How long does a van wrap last?

Manufacturers commonly rate quality cast wrap film for around 5–7 years on vertical panels such as the sides and rear doors. The roof and bonnet face the sun and weather directly, so they age faster. Colour, climate, parking and washing habits all make a difference, and a van kept out of direct sun and washed gently will usually look better for longer.

What is the price of van wraps for a business in Daventry?

Guide pricing runs from £795 to £3,850 per van, plus VAT. The main things that move it are dimensions, the material and finish, illumination where relevant, how high the work is and whether a scaffold or platform is needed. Your written quote, issued after a survey or a check of your artwork, replaces the guide figure.

What can delay van wraps in Daventry?

The usual causes are artwork changes after the proof stage, waiting for consent, access arrangements such as a council licence for scaffolding on the pavement, and weather for outdoor fitting. Jobs typically run smoothly once the proof is approved and any consent is in place, but we do not promise dates that depend on things outside our control.

Where does the van get wrapped?

Wrapping needs a clean, dry, covered space at a reasonable temperature, because dust and damp affect how the film sticks. If you have a suitable unit or garage with room to walk around the van, fitting can often happen there; otherwise we agree a location with you. A full wrap typically keeps the van off the road for 1–3 days.

Do you work across Northamptonshire or only in Daventry?

Across all of Northamptonshire, and the rest of the UK too. Daventry is simply one of the places we list, and enquiries from anywhere nearby follow exactly the same steps: photos or a survey, a scaled proof, a written price, then making and fitting once you sign off the design.

What if your phone number or services change?

The affected area can usually be patched with a new printed section cut to fit the existing design, rather than redoing the whole van. On an older wrap, new print may look slightly brighter than film that has been in the sun for a while, so replacing a larger panel, such as a whole rear door, can blend in better.

Van wraps in Daventry

A van wrap is printed cast vinyl film, protected by a clear laminate, applied over a van's factory paint to cover some or all of its panels with your branding, colours and contact details.

What you gain from van wraps in Daventry

Slow school-run and commuter traffic through Daventry gives side panels time to be read, which rewards a short services list and large lettering.
Every day your van spends parked outside a customer's house in Daventry is a day the neighbours see your name, services and number at eye level.
If you trade across Northamptonshire as well as Daventry, a wrapped van takes the same branding to every job without paying for advertising space.

What van wraps cost in Daventry

Below is the guide pricing we use for van wraps: from £795 up to £3,850 per van, before VAT. These are not fixed quotes. A written price follows once measurements are taken and your artwork has been checked.

Part wrap (sides and rear)	£795 – £1,850	£954 – £2,220

Full wrap, long-wheelbase or high-roof van	£2,450 – £3,850	£2,940 – £4,620

The main drivers are van size, how much is covered, how complex the panels are, design time and whether old graphics have to come off first. Ribbed sides and deep recesses take longer to fit. All prices exclude VAT and are confirmed after we've checked your van details and artwork.

Rules for vehicle graphics in Daventry

Think road rules rather than planning rules. In England a vehicle normally used for driving is outside advertisement control, although parking one somewhere chiefly as a billboard can bring it back within the council's remit. Three checks matter more. Tell DVLA, via the V5C, and your insurer if the main colour changes. Keep the windscreen at 75% light transmission or better and the front side windows at 70% or better, as the 1986 Construction and Use Regulations require. And for lease vehicles, read the agreement for what it says about graphics and removal. We plan every layout around all three.
