Van sign-writing in West Bromwich

Cut vinyl comes in a fixed range of colours, so we pick the closest match to your brand colours and show it on the proof. Where an exact match matters, the logo can be printed instead, because print can be tuned more finely. Screens show colours differently, so a printed sample is worth asking for.

Yes. Lettering works on any sound paint colour as long as the vinyl contrasts strongly with it. White, yellow or silver lettering suits dark blue, black or grey vans; black or navy suits white, silver and other light colours. Metallic paint is fine, though busy two-tone paint schemes leave less clear space for text.

More than you'd think, but less than you might want. A small van has room for a clear business name, a short services line and a large phone number on each side, plus the name and number on the rear doors. Squeezing in a long list of services makes everything smaller, so we'll suggest which words to keep.

The work on site is done by installers working under our contract, and anything that needs making is produced by specialist fabricators. You deal with Smart Signs throughout: we take the enquiry, survey, prepare the design and quote, check consent and coordinate the fitting, so there is one point of contact from first message to handover.

Typically within a few weeks, depending on what has to be made. Printed and cut graphics are typically produced sooner than fabricated letters, trays or illuminated signs, which need more fabrication time. If the job needs advertisement consent, fitting waits for the council's decision. We confirm an expected date for West Bromwich once materials are ordered.

Because jobs vary. The guide of £245 to £895 per van + VAT spans small, simple work at one end and larger, more involved work at the other. Size, material, finish, access, design time and any consent drawings push the figure up or down. A survey or artwork check lets us fix the price for your job in West Bromwich.
