Glass manifestation is marking such as dots, bands, logos or frosted strips applied to glass doors, screens and partitions so people can see the glass and don't walk into it.
Why choose glass manifestation for a business in Selby?
- If an inspection in Selby has flagged unmarked glass, one measured survey can price every door and panel.
- During a Selby fit-out, sign-off tends to go more smoothly when the glazing is already marked at the recommended heights.
- Shops with frameless glass entrances in Selby can turn the marking into branding, repeating the logo in both zones.

Rules for window and glass graphics in Selby
Two sets of rules can touch glass graphics in England. The first is advertisement control: lettering and graphics on the inside of a shop window are often outside it or allowed, but councils differ, and conservation areas and listed shopfronts can bring restrictions on large graphics. The second is safety. Approved Document K points to manifestation bands at 850–1000 mm and 1400–1600 mm from the floor, and in workplaces regulation 14 of the 1992 Workplace Regulations requires glazing to be marked where needed. We take both into account when we set out the proof, and we check with the council where the building or street calls for it.
