Glass manifestation in Largs

Yes. Smart Signs covers Largs and the rest of Ayrshire as part of a UK-wide service. You send photos and rough sizes, we arrange a survey if the job needs one, then you receive a proof to scale and a fixed written price. Nothing is made or fitted until you have approved both.

Usually not as a lasting answer. Tape and stickers are a stopgap: they peel, fade and often cover only one height or part of the width. Durable film markings running across the glass in both zones are far more likely to be noticed.

Tell us the date when you enquire and we will say plainly whether it looks realistic. Timescales typically depend on how soon the proof is approved, how long production takes and whether consent is needed, which can take several weeks on its own. We plan around your date where we can, but we do not promise one we cannot control.

Size and quantity come first, then the material or film, any lighting, the height of the work and the equipment needed to reach it, and the state of the surface or old sign being replaced. Against that, the guide for a job in Largs is £65–£180 per pane + VAT, confirmed after a survey or artwork check.

England's Approved Document K suggests two zones: 850–1000 mm and 1400–1600 mm above floor level. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own building guidance with the same aim. We measure from the finished floor and set markings within those bands across each pane.

Usually not. Frosted film and most vinyls show from both sides because the glass is clear, so one layer on the room side normally works. Printed or coloured designs may need a second layer if the back looks plain or reversed.
