Is frosted film suitable for washrooms?

Yes, it's a common use. Choose a denser film for full privacy, especially in rooms used after dark. Condensation doesn't harm properly fitted film, but wipe it down and keep the room ventilated so the edges aren't left wet for long periods.

Do you cover smaller places near Craigavon as well?

Yes. Our coverage is not limited to Craigavon itself: nearby towns, industrial estates and business parks across County Armagh are included too. The process does not change with the postcode. Send photos and approximate sizes, and we will tell you whether a site visit is needed before we can give you a fixed price.

Why is there a price range for frosted window film rather than one figure?

Because jobs vary. The guide of £32 to £68 per m² + VAT spans small, simple work at one end and larger, more involved work at the other. Size, material, finish, access, design time and any consent drawings push the figure up or down. A survey or artwork check lets us fix the price for your job in Craigavon.

How long does office fitting take?

A few meeting rooms are typically fitted in a day once the glass is clean. Long partition runs, intricate cut designs or high glazing take longer. Fitting can often be arranged early, late or at weekends so meetings carry on as normal.

Does frosted film go inside or outside?

Usually inside, on the room side, where it's protected from weather and easy to clean. On double-glazed units only the exposed faces can be filmed, so the room side is the norm. Outdoor-grade films exist for glass that can't be reached from inside.

What can delay frosted window film in Craigavon?

The usual causes are artwork changes after the proof stage, waiting for consent, access arrangements such as a council licence for scaffolding on the pavement, and weather for outdoor fitting. Jobs typically run smoothly once the proof is approved and any consent is in place, but we do not promise dates that depend on things outside our control.

Frosted window film is a translucent, etch-effect self-adhesive film that blurs the view through glass while still letting daylight pass, giving the look of sandblasted glass without replacing it.

Rules for window and glass graphics in County Armagh

Councils across Northern Ireland do not all view window graphics the same way. Vinyl applied to the inside face of the glass is often outside advertisement control or permitted, although sizeable graphics on a listed shopfront or within a conservation area can face restrictions, which is why we check before printing. Making glass visible is a different issue altogether. Where people could walk into glazing it needs marking; Northern Ireland's building guidance shares that aim, and the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 require it at work where necessary. The heights appear on your proof.
