Fitting is typically scheduled once three things are in place: you have approved the proof, the materials are made or delivered, and any consent the job needs has been granted. For many jobs that is typically a few weeks from approval; illuminated or larger fabricated signs typically take longer, and consent decisions run to their own timetable.

Any number from two upwards. The benefit of fleet livery is consistency and good records rather than size, so a firm with three vans gains as much from a master template as one with fifty. The one-off template set-up is spread across every vehicle you add, both now and in the years ahead.

It depends on the number of vehicles, the coverage and how many you can release at once. Templates and proofs typically take 2–4 weeks, then vehicles are fitted in agreed batches. A lettering-led livery moves faster than part wraps, and many fleets phase the work over several months so no more than a few vehicles are off the road at a time.

Photos are the most useful start: the whole frontage, window or vehicle, plus a close-up of the area involved. Add rough measurements, your logo or artwork if you have it, and the address. From that we can say whether a survey visit is needed and send a written quote, followed by a proof for you to approve.

Guide pricing runs from £225 to £1,650 per vehicle, plus VAT. The main things that move it are dimensions, the material and finish, illumination where relevant, how high the work is and whether a scaffold or platform is needed. Your written quote, issued after a survey or a check of your artwork, replaces the guide figure.

Yes. Send the original artwork if you have it, or straight-on photos of each vehicle type. We redraw the livery onto master templates, match colours as closely as the films allow, and flag anything that won't transfer well to a new model, such as graphics that would cross a different door line.
